Original sales rep had some issues as I had a complicated deal requiring a lease return. I left the dealership without purchase. Decided to give it one more try, and was met by ROGER. Roger was GREAT and soon had me driving off in a 2017 Encore (and me, the 'never SUV' person). Roger is an asset to your dealership! One big issue though,something that can't be fixed now.....the transition to a new business/new location without a word to any of your customers in advance AGAIN,may cost you some customer loss. I drove all the way to LLoyd Center and had to turn around and drive back to Beaverton (incoming phone calls to Lloyd center that I overheard while there were not pretty or easy for the person answering the phone). This seems to be a way Cadillac has chosen to do business in the last couple of years but it is annoying and inconvenient to your customers.BACK TO ROGER, he's a 10 in my book and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
