Christian asked me some questions and was able to give me a discount that I didn't know existed for veterans. That was a very nice surprise. There’s a difference between a salesperson & a salesperson. Your salespeople were very customer friendly. I purchase a Buick from your dealership which came with a 60 Day Warranty plus I purchased an extended Warranty. I was assured that if there were any problems that they would be resolved/fixed. Unfortunately, my concerns were blown off. The Verano that I purchased has electrical problems or its brain needs refreshing. Bottomline, my issues were even attempted to be resolved. Hardline, I was assured by Mike, if there were any problems, they would be resolved.

After accepting the vehicle for the scheduled service, the service writer approached me with an attempt to upsell me with another $800 worth of totally unnecessary service. For example, my GMC software shows over 50% life remaining in the air filter yet you recommend replacement. Also the cabin air filter element is fine after 1 year, another bogus recommendation. I confused filing a complaint with the Oregon Attorney General Fraud Division. Upselling maintenance by dealerships is recognized as a national problem and Lithia is a national firm. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU CEASE AND DESIST THIS ABUSIVE TACTIC.
