My salesperson Tommy Wilson was outstanding. Honest, dependable. Took time to make sure I knew what I was buying & then all the details of operating the car. He even walked me to the parts department to order my floor mats. A true Pro.. Dan Bakerman in Finance, did a great job as well. He too took his time to explain in detail the paperwork and process. He then followed up the next day to assure everything was in order. Another true professional. Buick GMC of Beaverton is a class act.
I have had a handful of pretty upsetting issues with my car and do not plan on getting a GMC after my lease is up. I like my car and the dealership is fine, but overall I'm not happy with the issues I face with the car.
After numerous calls to this dealership I have NOT been able to get them to perform the 45,000 mile service that should have been done before it was sold to me. The mileage listed on the bill of sale from the dealer said it had 44,000 miles, but on my way home from the dealership I saw that the odometer reading was 47,980. I have REPEATEDLY called the salesman trying to get them to perform the 45,000 mile service at their expense so that I won't have any issues with the car or with the 5 year extended warranty I purchased at the time I bought the car. So far, I have not been successful. NOT HAPPY! We really like the car...no issues and it gets garaged every night. Just a shame a little thing like this is ruining the whole car buying experience for us-
