Sales rep was terrific (Marc)!!! Sales manager “IRA” was trying to sell our truck from underneath us, while he knew we were racing from Bend, Oregon (3+ hours) to pick it up. The night before pickup (Saturday Dec 15th) sales manager Jimmy couldn’t accept a $5,000 non-refundable deposit via phone (Amex). But assure me the dealership would not sell the vehicle if we were en-route the next morning. We followed protocol with multiple updates along our trip from Bend, and arrived at dealership 35 minutes prior to store opening. Where we found a very uncomfortable business environment. Charlie should be embarrassed at the way IRA handled this transaction. 2.5 hours of sleazy, tense, unprofessional behavior on a Sunday isn’t what we expected - but thanks to IRA, that’s what we got. In 2018 we purchased multiple vehicles (7) priced between $56,400 GMC 1500 - $191,000 Airstream Mercedes van ... this was the sleaziest experience of all. The other 2018 Lithia “new vehicle transactions” (Klamath Falls Ford Platinum F350, and Lithia Toyota Tundra Platinum) we professional and efficient. This particular Lithia store in Beaverton was an embarrassment to the Lithia brand - we won’t buy from Lithia again. The transaction was a hassle and the Sales Manager’s (IRA) unprofessionalism was representative of an unprofessional business culture and unhealthy working environment. If the “other buyer” didn’t intervene and tell IRA he felt uncomfortable with how the dealership was handling the transaction - I’m not sure where we would be at the moment. Certainly not parked in our new Airstream trailer along the California coast while I waste my time writing this review. We won’t do business with Lithia again, and we don’t recommend Lithia to anyone we know from Bend, Oregon. The unprofessional manner in which our transaction was handled should be embarrassing to Lithia management and GM in particular. In our case, you’ve lost a HNW frequent buyer, and a recent convert to the GMC brand. We won’t be back.
I needed to replace a leaking Water Pump. Dalton, the service advisor offered to get me a ride home because it would take a few hours to complete the job. He had a Uber for me within 5 minutes and then also arranged for them to pick me up at home when the job was done. I was very happy with the whole experience, other than of course, the money spent.

We had a good experience with purchasing our truck, after the purchase, Sam was off and we could not get a verification that the protection package had been done. We made 5 to 6 calls, left messages, no called us back to let us know if truck is ready to pickup. Finally Mark called and left message, but couldn't understand message. We have been told that protection package has been done, we couldn't tell if only detail had been done, still concerned that protection package hadn't been done. We need to be notified if it had been done, couldn't really see on the interior, only on tires.
