Had a new turbocharger installed on the truck. After driving the truck heard a high pitch sound that was not normal. Took the truck back and they determined that a bearing in the new turbocharger was bad. They replaced the turbocharger again at no cost to me and provided a loaner truck.

I discovered a dead battery while at home. and got a jump start. I called Buick that afternoon They got me in for service and finished the job so that I could get home before dark as I am 87 and do not drive at night.

The service guys were VERY busy when I arrived and there was a hint of tension in the air, but everything seemed to be running efficiently. After a few minutes Dalton greeted me, checked me in, and my vehicle was serviced promptly and professionally. I am completely satisfied. If there is any constructive criticism I might offer, I would suggest the guys behind the counters in the service dept don't ignore customers for too long after they step inside. It was clear that everyone was busy, but I felt uncomfortable to have multiple workers walk right past me without at least acknowledging I was there. Who is that big guy (not Dalton, or the other guy on the left) with the grumpy face? It's a subtle personal issue and feedback like this can be come across more negative than intended, but they certainly could have been more welcoming. But again, in the end the work was performed quickly and efficiently and I am completely satisfied.

My wife and I were looking for a new SUV as my old Buick was finally dying. Michael was wonderful. He greeted us outside without pressuring us. He showed us the inventory when we finally went inside and took us on some nice stress and pressure free test drives. He was knowledgeable about the cars. He listened to us and understood our needs and what we wanted. He steered us toward a car we were not really thinking about, but in the end turned out to be absolutely perfect and everything we needed. It was also well within our budget so we were able to add on some nice accessories without feeling guilty. He followed up with us after our purchase date, and was there at the service center to make sure the accessory installation went smoothly. All in all, a great experience.
