Well, I brought my truck in for an oil change and a handful of minor issues -- it's only got 20k miles, so all is warranty work. One issue was solved, or will be on Friday, but it was made clear to me that more could have been done on some of the other issues had I been a better customer and filled out all 9s and 10s on previous surveys. Of course, you'd look past that and "help me out" this time with one issue (an intermittent power running board non-deploy issue that apparently the tech couldn't verify — although I supplied a photo of the non-deploy no-dome-light issue and the service writer told me he got it to act up for him as well -- which should have been proof enough on an intermittent switch issue). But in order for you to "help me out," I needed to give 9s and 10s on THIS survey. Buick GMC of Beaverton will get 9s and 10s from me when I get superior service that warrants those ratings. I'll be happy to give them, but not until they are deserved. Fixing issues with my truck IS WHAT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO. Implying that I'm not getting the best service possible because you didn't like my past reviews is the WRONG thing to do. Frankly, this would be a 3 or a 4 if not for the fact that you FINALLY put the proper 5k mileage interval on my oil change sticker. Progress.

As always, greeted warmly upon arrival, courteously received to confirm details of what is being done, provided comfortable, clean waiting area complete with refreshments, completed within anticipated wait time, included additional maintenance diagnosis with promise to provide estimate after securing parts availability and cost (my vehicle is a 2003 with original parts and owner) (estimate subsequently provided by phone as agreed). Can't do any better. Grateful for your teamwork between the front desk and the shop and all other team members in between.
