Confirmed Service Customer
Oil change was fine and went as expected A small plastic piece on my sunshade broke recently so now I cannot close the sunshade. I asked if they could replace it -- looks like a 50 cent piece of plastic -- but learned GM has decided the value is too low to stock as a separate part. Parts & labor price to replace the whole sunshade assembly is $1140. Absolutely ridiculous, very frustrating.
