Had a fault code come up on the dashboard to get Transmission serviced right away. The dealer got me right in. Unfortunately, what they said they did, a software upgrade, is the same thing they did the first time I had them check the transmission. It was also the 4th time I had asked them about the heavy thump sound when shifting up/down between 1st and 2nd gears mainly, at low speeds. Hopefully this actually fixed it this time, and if not, due to my continual concern being voiced at the dealership about the problem, I would expect any future transmission repair that may be needed would be covered under warranty, regardless of whether on not the warranty expires prior to the transmission failing. I am not complaining about the service - they were fast and responsive. I'm just voicing my concern about the product.
