I bought a $40,000 truck, I drive off the lot within three days. There is no air condition check engine light comes on. Zach from the sales team sympathize with me and tells me to bring it in, and it will be taken care of! Josiah from the service department informs me that Zack wants me to pay for it at $1683 out-of-pocket to fix an air condition that Zack told me worked. Josiah it was awesome and helping me with everything. However, when I pick my truck up after they had it for almost a week, I realize 121 miles put on my truck. The mileage from when they received it, and the mileage that was put on the outtake portion of my receipt depicted that only 1 mile was put on the truck. At the dealership I took picture and timestamp of my mileage showing 121 mile difference from the day. I dropped it off. No mileage should’ve been put on it just to change the air condenser for $1683. I contacted Josiah sent him photos but have not heard back.
