I have always had great experiences with my dealer! This last experience was less than my expectations. First my car was completed for half hour before I was notified while I waited in the lobby. I have lifetime oil changes and I was initially asked to pay and I had to notify the service rep that I have lifetime. I also was being charged for a software update. I was not aware of my warranty being over at my mileage (41K) I feel that the representative handled my questions very poorly and with (0) personality. When I got home 45 minutes after I picked up my truck I got the email asking for permission to complete the update and what the cost would be????????
