Confirmed Service Customer
I have gone to this dealership/service place since I purchased my truck from them new in may of 2022. I have had several what I would describe as unpleasant issues when it came to the services on my truck. It isn’t my service advisor, who happens to be Maurice. He seems to do a good job smoothing over the problems that have occurred. But this last time I had my oil changed I also have my tires rotated and once I got home I notice my passenger rear tire was missing a lug nut. I know this is small thing, but since there has been several mess ups I have decided to leave a review. My last service included an oil change and then checking all of the 15k highlights for the truck. When checking out I wondered why I had a bill for over $300 but thought maybe I might have missed something and paid it, it was busy and I didn’t want to be a burden and make my advisor go over everything when I could easily read the statement when I got home. Once I did that I realized that they had charged me for my fuel filter/change. I had already did this on my own and reset it on the dash. The service technicians hadn’t even checked with me nor did they even bother to reset it after they changed it again. So it was questionable if they had even completed that service or not and just charged me for it. Maurice refunded me for that part of the service but it seems to be a common theme at this place. You work hard for something new and they seem to put very little care or concern into the vehicle that you purchased from them. I have even come out from a service with def spilled all along the side of my truck. It even says on the bottles to not allow this on your paint. Luckily I have had my truck ceramic coated but not everyone does. Unfortunately I purchased a warranty for oil changes and stuff so I am sort of forced to continue to go here for services but I don’t think that the service technician’s are thoughtful with their work and leaving a truck with a missing lug nut could be a hazard when driving. Quality is lacking as far as I am concerned and I am always keeping an eye out from now on when leaving that place.
