Confirmed Service Customer
When my check engine light first came on I went into GMC and they told me it would be a few days until the part would come in and they would give me call. Weeks later and I didn’t get a call back so I had to call them. They were finally able to get me in on a Friday and I got a call because they had to cancel my appointment and rescheduled because the tech who fixes/ replaced that part doesn’t work on Fridays (then why schedule me on a Friday to begin with) finally got my truck in and got the part replaced. Drove my truck home and not even 24hrs later the light came back on.

I had my car in a couple months ago and barely drove it while saving money to fix the other item on the list. Then, when I bring it back they find all kinds of things wrong with it. It just seems sketchy that a couple months later things are falling apart.

Good experience and solid customer service; however, the price of a tire rotation has gone up $4-5 dollars and I’m now being charged a paper fee of $2.00 when I checkout and pay. Not good

The dealership is great but I am very disappointed with GMC. My 2019 Acadia has less than 14,000 miles and the clear coat on all 4 wheels is coming off. The dealership said they did not know of any recall so I am left wondering what to do with them. Bob L.

My Buick was leaking oil with a lot on our previously clean garage floor. It was due to a leaking oil filter which apparently was not installed properly. This dealership is the only one to service the vehicle including the last oil change. There was no charge for this service, but no apology and I’m left figuring out how to clean my garage floor.

When I walked in through the double glass doors, I was not greeted so i went over to one of the barrier style desks for service reps. I had a 2PM appointment as was about 5 minutes early. The rep behind the desk was kind of bored and surly and seemed to resent doing the input on the computer for oil change and other maintenance. However, later a different rep came out and explained service and cost and future maintenance to me and he was polite and helpful. I will certainly try to work with him next time and avoid the :Grumpy Gus" guy. The nicer rep and I went over the bill and services performed for my 2021 Encore GX that really gets a daily workout around town and on the highway. My SUV was at 22K miles and we even went over what will be needed at 30K or so. So, 2nd rep was GREAT, first guy was no so great!

Advisor did I good job in getting my truck back to me in one day, but GMC needs to address the AC condenser issues they are having with Sierra trucks. The pricing to fix this issue is out of line, and my truck only has 37k on it. I just came in for an oil change (lifetime) and would have had a GMC dealer closer to where I live do the repair work since they would have saved me $500 for the same repair. The service center closed at 6pm and I was there at 5:15pm, but didn't get my truck until 6:30pm.
