It is almost impossible to reach any one at the dealership or the service center via phone. I have had to call the Cadillac dealership next door and explain to them I had a truck in service next door and could not get up with anyone, upon which time they would walk over my message and or transfer me to the proper individuals. Also, the service center does not do any additional checks on the truck as I still have warning lights coming on. Seems like they only want to do the limited amount of work/inspections required and do not go above and beyond to diagnose any other problems the vehicle may have. They also do not keep any parts in stock and always have to order them, which normally extends the time the vehicle is down and in the shop waiting on parts. The last repair I had it took over 10 days for a fuel injector. I dread having any problems with my vehicle as I know the turn around time on the repair will be more than a week and you cannot get up with anyone at the dealership via phone..

All about the sale. I felt bad for salesman had to stay late so I really never went over the truck. He set up my On Star while I was Uber in. I was in car business for 13 years and in management and I would have atleast setup bluetooth and made sure my customer was happy. In the pictures I was confused about the wheels and never was confirmed if that was 100% truck I wanted by him. More about getting in and out but I even wanted to get in and out. Wheels was not what I was wanting. N0THING we can do now. I am stuck. Check engine light came on and Mike said if I left gas cap off. Really??? It doesn't have one and I never gassed it up.

Difficult to schedule via phone or online. I was successful via the GMC App. While I was in check in with the advisor I asked if they could add the tire rotation onto this visit, and he confirmed. Upon check out I asked about how much I owed for the tire rotation, the service advisor looked at the documents and said it’s on us. I found that strange and when I reviewed the tires and wheels I could see that they had not been rotated. As a customer, being lied to a major offense and my trust for GMC Lithia is hindered. I need to be cautious on any item being, service or products, prior to accepting/buying.
