Bad experience I had this problem with my truck for about 2 years, the first time they told me is the battery,they changed the battery I paid about $350 last year years the problem still on the truck I take it to the GMC Bill said needs to reset some codes they did it I paid an other $800 a month later the problem still for the 3rd time I take it to the GMC for the same problem they reset the codes again the problem still last month I take it to the GMC again for the 4th time for the same problem Bill called me about the problem he said something about the gear I asked about the warranty on the job, because I don’t want to come back again for this problem this big problem, because sometimes I’m driving on the freeway 60mph & I lost the power on the steering wheel & is dangerous to drive like that .he said can give me a 2 years warranty last week he said that the truck was ready I when to pick up When I get there in the invoice says only 1 year warranty I asked this guy he said he didn’t know anything he was there just to give me the truck , but I need to sign the invoice I says that I can sign ,but needs to says 2 years warranty he said that he can change & I have to talk with Bill about it. I call him ,but didn’t answer I leave a voicemail also sent an email he haven’t responded & I need my truck asap.
