Confirmed Service Customer
My experiences have not been good. The whole reason for my visit was to have a transmission diagnostic completed on my Yukon. My transmission has been shifting very hard into 1st and second gear when it is cold. This all began after the transmission lines were left loose after I had my a/c worked on at the dealership. The lines came off while in transit and my transmission seized up. I had to have the vehicle towed in to the dealership. This was about a year ago. I have brought it in several times to have you guys check on it hoping I could trust you. Again my transmission was signed off on. When I picked up my vehicle Monday, the service advisor who was there Josue was not able to find my keys or my vehicle. I had received a call a couple days previously to let me know my vehicl was ready for pick up. Well, it apparently was not. the battery was dead. My vehicle had grease finger swipes across my steering wheel and all over the shifter knob. I was again so disappointed. There was no charge and no paperwork available to me. I was told the tires were rotated but do not see any record of it. Maurice called me a couple days later to let me know that he was catching alot of heat because he did not charge me a $215 diagnostic fee. I was planning to return to have the transmission work that was recomended completed here but the more I come back the more I am disappointed. I've been coming here for service since I bought a new pickup here and service then was great. I don't know hwat has happened but I am actively looking for a new place to service my vehicle. I do not believe I should have been charged a diagnostic fee for something this dealership caused. Maurice is always very friendly but service with a smile can only go so far when the service being recieved for my vehicle is so poor.
