Purchased a new Yukon Denali from you. When it developed a problem covered by the manufacturer’s warranty your service and parts department wasted 5 months of our time, failed to repair the problem, tried to upsell me on $1,900 worth of maintenance, and created a new problem in the software of the vehicle. They then refused to immediately address both the original issue as well as the one they created. I have since sold the vehicle and will never return to your dealership. I still own another GMC vehicle and will pay out of pocket rather than bring it to you for any need it may have.
