Even though they were frantically busy after our storm. The honored my appointment made the week before were courteous and professional and timely. They were able to fix my problem faster than expected and get me going again. I think their service has improved greatly in the recent months.

I came in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and had my brakes checked due to constant excessive noise, which has been an issue from the time I bought it. When I went to pick up my vehicle on my dash read issues with the tire monitoring system, they told me to drive it a bit and it would go away, it did not. And the oil reset was stuck, top it off with a message that my anti-lock brakes require immediate attention. made another appointment and brought the vehicle back in, they checked the tire monitoring and found that three were broke, they reset the engine oil life, and said they have no idea what the message about the anti-lock brakes needing immediate attention. There was not an issue before I took it in to the dealership. I find a very ironic that with a tire rotation and brake check, is when the issues happened. Leads me to believe either two things are going on: either your service people do not know what they are doing, OR that your dealership is trying to make money by damaging things. If the service person damaged it, they should take care of it free of charge, but no they want me to pay for it. I’ve made two trips into the dealership already. I do not live anywhere close and I have to make yet another, diesel is far from inexpensive. I’m beyond angry, upset and disturbed by all of this, and need to consider where to take it next.
