Well I truly hate the new automated phone service. I dropped my car off and got one text saying what was wrong with it. I text back several times and called several times til 3 pm. No one called or messaged back to ask me if I wanted to have it fixed or give me a quote When I got there I found out the order wasn’t put in til many hours after I left the car . Which probably was because no one called me and ask me to give them the go ahead. The automated phone service asks if texting with the service dept will work so I say yes and no one ever calls me back . All day I sat at my friends house waiting for a call because I live over 20 miles from the dealership just to find out my car wouldn’t be done til the next day Needless to say I’m unhappy I walk in to see Bill sitting there doing nothing but test no one has time to call me Won’t be coming back. Ever

Called for a warranty issue told to leave message if no answer on specific persons VM. Left message. No return call, called 5-6 days later and was able to make an appointment for 0800, received email confirmation. Next email was day prior to appointment and appointment time had changed to 0830, not sure how that happened? Walk into dealership 0745 to be told they can’t accept me today and as they are short handed and was told the person had left VM yesterday telling me this, strange I had no VM or missed calls. Finally was told he would try and fit me in. He accepted my vehicle with no idea of how long it would take as once again was told they were short handed. Told service writer I would stay at dealership for the vehicle. Funny thing is I bought an extended warranty, after this experience I wish I wouldn’t have as I will be selling vehicle in the next 1-2 years. I do not want a new vehicle that has terrible support, support for a vehicle is why I buy new vehicles. The lack on good communication, scheduling issues and being told someone left a VM and didn’t really leave me realizing I will not be a repeat buyer of this product.

I took my car in for an oil change and a new rear wiper blade. I was told it would be 60 to 90 minutes. After 90 minutes I checked with my service writer and was told they were still waiting for the wiper blade an didn't know when it would arrive. Over two weeks have passed and still no rear wiper blade.

My service rep, Christian, was excellent to work with and provided great customer support. That said, I’m extremely disappointed that the brakes weren’t covered under warranty. On top of that, the ongoing issues I continue to experience with the truck’s operating system—the screen and apps—are exceptionally frustrating. When someone spends over $100k on a truck, the expectation is that these things are both covered and fully functional, not the other way around. At this point, based on GMC’s unwillingness to honor warranty coverage and the poor performance of the electronics, I am very likely to purchase my next truck from another manufacturer. That purchase will be within the next year and, if not for these issues, would have been my third GMC in six years.

I recently purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra and had a good experience overall. The dealership was able to get the truck for me through a dealer swap, which I really appreciated. The salesman did everything he could to make the process smooth, and I don’t fault him at all — he was professional, helpful, and kept me updated. That said, because the delivery happened over a weekend, the truck didn’t get fully detailed before I took it home. That was frustrating, and I’ve had to spend quite a bit of time cleaning the interior myself — especially getting a film off the inside of the windows. It was actually dangerous to drive at night in bad weather until that was taken care of. Also, I’ve learned that the 2025 Sierra has a known issue with the hood and windshield trim becoming discolored. I was told it’s part of a "Soon" recall and that I should wait for a fix, which is understandable but still disappointing on a brand-new vehicle. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and with the dealership team, but I hope GMC and the dealer address the detailing and recall issues more proactively in the future.

Christian Taggert and his team solved what should have been a simple repair but was complex because of a series of errors beyond his control. First the replacement sensor was defective, found at the time of installation. After ordering another, the paint shop lost the bracket, painted to match the bumper on the day prior to the rescheduled day. Nonetheless, thought perseverance and great customer service, Christian obtained another bracket, had it painted and ready to go in less than 24 hours. The repair was made at the rescheduled time. Give that man a raise!

Had a horrible time with your phone tree(s) to even contact Service Dept.!!! Also had a very difficult with your AI booking system that didn't understand that my SUV needed only an oil change. After several unsuccessful tries, I gave up and took time to *DRIVE TO THE DEALERSHIP* (about 5 miles); was greeted by Christian Taggart in Service who was able to assist me getting an overdue oil change. I then had to wait about a week for a mutually convenient time. On day of oil change, Tracy helped me and all went well. So, A+ once I got my appointment w/the Service Dept., but getting the appointment was RIDICULOUSLY HARD!!!

From start to finish, this was the absolute best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle at a dealership - and I've bought more than a dozen cars and nearly as many motorcycles over the years. Bar none, Skylar Hibsch is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with - she's lightning-fast to respond, genuinely cares about her customers, and goes above and beyond to ensure the deal moves smoothly. In my life, I'm not sure I've ever even known the name of the finance manager handling my deals, but Zachary Mcdonald deserves serious credit here: from handling much of the deal electronically to having all the paperwork ready to go when I arrived to take delivery of my 2007 Corvette, I am amazed. I think it took less than 5 minutes for me to finish the deal and drive away happy after I arrived! I will absolutely be back to GMC Buick Beaverton again in the future!

Your system for a scheduled drop in took 1 hr. I waited in line for 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment, then had an Uber driver swear at me. I totally understand that the uber driver is not part of GMC but it was part of what seemed like an inefficient drop off system.

I live almost 200 miles away from Beaverton Buick GMC so clear communication was a key to making my purchase…..I wasn’t wanting to make a nearly 400 mile round trip based upon a “come on in, I’m sure we can make a deal” type of conversation. I made an inquiry to the dealership about my desire to purchase a new vehicle and Natalia responded with a phone call. I explained my ideal purchase scenario…pricing…trade-in….financing….purchase timing. From the first conversation with Natalia I could tell we were going to get the purchase completed and, due to me schedule, we used text, email, and phone calls to get it done. Based upon the information I provided Natalia quickly delivered a draft offer, we worked out a couple of minor details and the deal was done, all less than 24 hours from my initial inquiry…Nice! We made arrangements for me to take possession of my new truck. I drove to the dealership and met Natalia in person for the first time. She was prepared for my arrival with all paperwork ready to go and from arrival to driving off the lot I was probably only at the dealership for about 90 minutes. Not a rush job on Natalia’s part, she was just just very well prepared. We took ample time to go over the agreed upon purchase details and answer any questions I had about both the purchase documents and functionalities of my new vehicle. Here’s the thing. I’ve been reluctant to write a review because I know how important they are to the dealership, but there are some things that I’ve noticed during recent visits to your service center compared to previous visits. I had the 75000 mile service done on my pickup, which, as you know, isn’t cheap. I’ve no issue with paying for it as your service team does a great job, but what’s missing compared to before are the little things. I dropped my pickup off with about a half tank of DEF, and I got it back with a half tank of DEF. During previous visits my DEF tank was topped off. I always thought that was such a nice perk of getting my pickup serviced at your dealership as it saved me some hassle. Another little perk was getting a car wash coupon when I paid my invoice. Having a freshly serviced rig and being able to get a fresh wash just down the road was yet another very appreciated perk of doing business with your dealership. Vehicle maintenance is expensive no matter where you have it done, but it was those little things I mentioned that have kept me coming to get it done at your dealership. Because of the little things I’ve driven an hour to do business with you guys, literally passing two other GMC dealerships along my route. I have to admit that not getting those perks has me considering giving them a try to save myself some drive time. I guess the point I’d like to make is the little things matter when you’re vying for someone’s business.

The dealership did not provide any timeframe for when the replacement part would arrive. The dealership knew that the Hummer still leaked but did not provide any other solutions to the issue. I tried several times to contact service via text with no response. Your dealerships texting system does not work as I never received responses. The only way that I received service was for me to call the service manager. He did provide me with a loaner car so my Hummer stayed out of the rain. But again, I had to initiate that to happen. I have purchased many autos over my lifetime, and the service provided was sub par. I just received a text yesterday asking if everyone was okay with my service. This was over a week after my service. Based on my service experience, I would never recommend you dealership to any of my friends or colleagues. 1 star.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of my service advisor Tracy. She was very helpful and communicative the entire time. But I have had serious issues with the service department. The latest issue was an oil leak from my oil cooler in my 2024 2500 Duramax. I scheduled an appointment for the repair and they hadn't ordered the parts yet, so my truck just sat until parts arrived a week later. You would think they would prepare better and have the parts needed for when the appointment was. They had my truck for over 2 weeks. Luckily they gave me a loaner. However, after I received my truck, it was leaking worse than it was before and I had to take it in again. I was told that if I dropped it off, they could immediately start working on it. But no, it sat for another week while waiting for parts. They also didn't have a loaner for me this time and had my truck for 2 more weeks. I'm hoping this actually resolves the problem. In addition, I have had other problems as well. During a regular service, they topped off my DEF and proceeded to spill it all down the side of my black truck. I didn't notice this until filling up at the fuel station and seeing all the dried residue on the side of my truck. I also got my truck back from an oil service a few months ago and notice that there was a big ding in my driver side door that had taken the paint off all the way down to bare metal. Did they mention this to me? Nope! And good luck proving that they did it. I'm going to find myself another dealership to take my truck to for future services. It's a shame too because I have always been a "GM" guy and this has pretty much ruined it for me. I need to buy a new truck for my business and there is now way I'm buying a GMC from this dealership. Dealerships like these should do a much better job, especially when people are paying $100k+ for a vehicle. My wife's Lexus was half the price and service is 10x better. Oh yeah, and don't use the GMC app to schedule service appointments. I made that mistake once, only to be told at the dealership that doesn't work via the app and they didn't have me on the schedule. Really? Then fix the app or remove the option!

So disappointed in the whole experience…I booked an appointment online and then when I arrived they said they didn’t have details bc the online booking system doesn’t sync up properly. I had email and text confirmation . They unapologetically “squeezed” me in acting like they were doing me a huge favor. They could only do an oil change not address or even look at my two other concerns. Not to mention the lobby experience is awful - BLARING TV. I have had such better experiences at other dealerships.

On a visit the tech. took a video and sent it to me and noticed some oil where it should not be. I asked about it and was told that it appeared to be a seal issue. I asked about warrenty and was informed it would be covered. The Service Advisor, (William) and Scheduler (Cassie) went above and beyond to help seeing how we had a ten day trip planned. They worked with us to keep our Acadia until we returned which was very helpful. Thank you both!! The service was done as explained prior to it being scheduled.

Well I truly hate the new automated phone service. I dropped my car off and got one text saying what was wrong with it. I text back several times and called several times til 3 pm. No one called or messaged back to ask me if I wanted to have it fixed or give me a quote When I got there I found out the order wasn’t put in til many hours after I left the car . Which probably was because no one called me and ask me to give them the go ahead. The automated phone service asks if texting with the service dept will work so I say yes and no one ever calls me back . All day I sat at my friends house waiting for a call because I live over 20 miles from the dealership just to find out my car wouldn’t be done til the next day Needless to say I’m unhappy I walk in to see Bill sitting there doing nothing but test no one has time to call me Won’t be coming back. Ever

The experience with this service was horrible. From the start of getting an estimate, it took all to get a simple call/message back. Once I heard from the service advisor around 4pm, I had questions regarding the timeline. The advisor made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by asking those questions. Fast forward to dropping my car off to be fixed, there was very little communication on when it is expected to be done. It was helpful that the dealership was able to provide a courtesy vehicle. A week goes by and I haven’t heard anything, so I start reaching out. I left a couple text messages and voicemails. Still no reply by late afternoon. I then had to call the main line of the dealership to get ahold of anyone, but unfortunately still had to wait to speak to my advisor. Once I requested to speak to a manager, then the advisor made time to speak. I understand being busy and set backs in repairs, but clear communication is important especially with someone’s vehicle.

Pretty seamless transaction. Went in on a Friday to look at the vehicle in person. Mike Gutierrez helped us out and had all the information on the Denali we were interested in and was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. We’ve had experiences in the past where the sales person didn’t know much about the vehicle we were interested in, but that wasn’t the case here. We were able to negotiate a trade in price on our old vehicle and a sales price for the new vehicle over the phone and when we came in on the following Wednesday those numbers stayed true and we were in and out in just an hour and a half.

U-All did great - and I totally - as an old man - can't understand why a grading system is necessary to push people to do a good job - it's Nut stuff - I always did a good without needing a pat on the back from the customer.
