Best car buying experience! Mike in sales had the car we were interested in pulled up front when we got there once we decided we wanted it he got the paperwork ready quickly. There was no wait to see the finance department where Zachary explained all our warranty options in a very clear manner. Then when the car was ready Mike set up my phone and went over all the buttons and controls in the car. The whole experience was very easy and stress free.

When received the vehicle back and was home noticed the oil life wasn’t reset and no new sticker (could be honest mistake). Never received page 1 of 3 on invoice so no info about oil change being done. Contacted dealer and says oil change was completed. However as black as oil was and look of filter I still disagree. Just had oil changed at another dealer and oil definitely looks new and clear after same mileage drove.

1. Service notice still popping up upon starting vehicle. Recall on Remote Start was supposedly completed and expected this to be cleared locally within the vehicle. Even if this is a separate issue from the recall, I would have expected any service notifications to be cleared upon completion of the first service especially with a $102,000 vehicle with only 4,000 miles and bumper to bumper limited warranty in place until July of 2027. 2. Oil life at 38% and oil level after oil change was supposedly completed 3. Tire pressure after multipoint vehicle inspection and tire service was supposedly completed (below 55 PSI set point). 4. DEF level not topped off after multipoint vehicle inspection and service was supposedly completed. 5. Completion paperwork not available upon pick-up.

I brought the vehicle in to have the back bench seat looked at as it was stuck in the up position. I was told it was fixed and when I got home I put the seat back up and it immediately got stuck again and wouldn’t return back down. It was obvious that the technician didn’t bother to try putting the seat back up after he got it back down or he would have seen it was still not functioning. I called the dealership and it took multiple calls to get in touch with the service department as most calls were being answered by what I was told was an “out of country call center” and they told me to just call back. When I finally reached the service department and spoke to the service advisor he didn’t have any suggestions for me and told me I couldn’t talk to the technician to see what he did to get the seat back down. His only notes were that the seat was “locked” in the up position. There is no “lock” or handle on a 2018 Sierra so I have no idea what he was talking about which is why I asked to speak to the technician but the request was refused. The service advisor told me I needed to bring the vehicle back in. As I live over 50 miles away this is a complete nuisance and requires another 3-4 hours including travel time to address.

Michael B our sales guy was absolutely amazing. Very helpful with everything and answered immediately. We did have it detailed and that's where the issues are. The window sticker marks were still visible. No window cleaned, actually. It was washed outside and really that's about it. We bought a BMW from BMW and when it came back after getting detailed it was worse. So in comparison, you guys did better but not great. When someone spends any money with you guys, the product should be amazing. We are not going to a grocery store and spending a few hundred. People spend thousands and thousands. It's very hard ti find workers, we get that. Everyone was wonderful and very nice. All went out of their way. Just wish the detail was in line with service. Thank you all!

I went to 5 dealerships working on a trade in/new vehicle purchase. Let me tell you there is a night and day difference between GMC Beaverton and any other GMC dealer. They genuinely worked hard to offer me the most for my trade in and offered the absolutely best price on a new vehicle. They exceeded those parameters compared to the multiple dealerships I went to by thousands of dollars on the trade in and the purchase price .They located what I wanted far away and they picked it up and delivered it to me fast. I did a lot of footwork and research on all of the dealers. I'll tell you, don't waste your time at the other dealerships and go straight to GMC Beaverton. I worked with Michael Cepeda to get the new 2025 Denali Ultimate and he did a great job. The manager, finance manager and the new vehicle delivery team went above and beyond. The whole team is top notch and they do care about getting you the best deal possible. Thank you!

Was promised loaner car for the day, didn't happen. Was promised ride from dealership, did happen but it was Uber. Not fan of Uber for women as you are getting in a vehicle w/someone you do not know and it's not really all that safe for a woman alone. Had 10AM appointment and there were at least 8 cars already in the service bay/service acceptance area, it was a madhouse. Did dealer deliberately schedule all these vehicles at 10AM? But I did have same Service Rep as last time, Jesse J., very nice and very knowledgeable. Check-in went smoothly when it was my turn, Encore G/X was ready on time. Seems to be running well, paperwork easy to understand. Love my car & will continue to give it the best possible service via Jesse and service crew @ dealership!

(OnStar lucky to get 1 star. News flash, it offers me nothing my phone doesn’t already)

I’m frustrated with the service report Buick GMC of Beaverton provided during my last visit. I’m so glad I did not authorize the work they recommended. I received an email asking for a review, and here was my response: “I’m super disappointed. I’ve been taking my truck to this dealership for service since I bought it in 2014. Took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. They came back and told me my front brakes are at 3 mm and I need to replace them My rear brakes are at 6 mm and had to replace them soon. I had an oil pan leak. An oil cooler line leak. Two heater hoses were leaking. Transmission line was leaking. The total repair quote was just over $5,000. I told them to not do anything and I would pick it up. I then took it to a trusted local mechanic. I gave him a list of the concerns from the dealership, and they told me they would do their own inspection. He came back and said my front brakes were between five and 6 mm. My back brakes were 8 mm. Neither needs replacing. The oil pan was not leaking. The oil cooler lines were not leaking. The heater lines were not leaking. One transmission line was leaking. They also found a gasket cover leaking that the dealership did not report. I had them repair the two leaks. And the bill was just over $1000. Since I bought the lifetime oil changes, I will get my oil changed at Buick GMC of Beaverton, but I’m no longer using them for service.” Since then, I’ve received several inquiries for my feedback. Including an email from the service rep, to which I responded and never heard back. I’m left wondering how much I’ve spent over the last 11 years on work that was not necessary. I submitted a review a week ago and responded to Jossue 5 days ago. No follow up. I’m super annoyed.

I came in for an oil change. I planned to spend $150. When I was signing in, I asked if there were any specific services that were required by my extended warranty. Christian explained that the warranty folks would like to see a 60,000 mile service done. He did not say it was required. I asked to see a list of what is checked during this service. He showed me a list and asked me to sign it. I assumed my signature was required for proof that he did indeed show me. When I handed him my keys I even asked him “how long will this oil change take?” Hours later when I’m checking out and paying I even mentioned that I would call him back to schedule that 60,000 mile service. That is when he said that it had already been completed. I wad shocked. I had no idea signing that list meant I wanted it done immediately. I never even said that I wanted it done that day. So, instead of $150 charge, I paid over $1800. My husband was very frustrated and tried calling Christian the next day and left 3 separate messages. This is a perfect example of horrible customer service. Yes, I did sign the list. And I know this is what we will hear in response. What a shady transaction.

Called for a warranty issue told to leave message if no answer on specific persons VM. Left message. No return call, called 5-6 days later and was able to make an appointment for 0800, received email confirmation. Next email was day prior to appointment and appointment time had changed to 0830, not sure how that happened? Walk into dealership 0745 to be told they can’t accept me today and as they are short handed and was told the person had left VM yesterday telling me this, strange I had no VM or missed calls. Finally was told he would try and fit me in. He accepted my vehicle with no idea of how long it would take as once again was told they were short handed. Told service writer I would stay at dealership for the vehicle. Funny thing is I bought an extended warranty, after this experience I wish I wouldn’t have as I will be selling vehicle in the next 1-2 years. I do not want a new vehicle that has terrible support, support for a vehicle is why I buy new vehicles. The lack on good communication, scheduling issues and being told someone left a VM and didn’t really leave me realizing I will not be a repeat buyer of this product.

My service rep, Christian, was excellent to work with and provided great customer support. That said, I’m extremely disappointed that the brakes weren’t covered under warranty. On top of that, the ongoing issues I continue to experience with the truck’s operating system—the screen and apps—are exceptionally frustrating. When someone spends over $100k on a truck, the expectation is that these things are both covered and fully functional, not the other way around. At this point, based on GMC’s unwillingness to honor warranty coverage and the poor performance of the electronics, I am very likely to purchase my next truck from another manufacturer. That purchase will be within the next year and, if not for these issues, would have been my third GMC in six years.

I recently purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra and had a good experience overall. The dealership was able to get the truck for me through a dealer swap, which I really appreciated. The salesman did everything he could to make the process smooth, and I don’t fault him at all — he was professional, helpful, and kept me updated. That said, because the delivery happened over a weekend, the truck didn’t get fully detailed before I took it home. That was frustrating, and I’ve had to spend quite a bit of time cleaning the interior myself — especially getting a film off the inside of the windows. It was actually dangerous to drive at night in bad weather until that was taken care of. Also, I’ve learned that the 2025 Sierra has a known issue with the hood and windshield trim becoming discolored. I was told it’s part of a "Soon" recall and that I should wait for a fix, which is understandable but still disappointing on a brand-new vehicle. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and with the dealership team, but I hope GMC and the dealer address the detailing and recall issues more proactively in the future.

From start to finish, this was the absolute best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle at a dealership - and I've bought more than a dozen cars and nearly as many motorcycles over the years. Bar none, Skylar Hibsch is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with - she's lightning-fast to respond, genuinely cares about her customers, and goes above and beyond to ensure the deal moves smoothly. In my life, I'm not sure I've ever even known the name of the finance manager handling my deals, but Zachary Mcdonald deserves serious credit here: from handling much of the deal electronically to having all the paperwork ready to go when I arrived to take delivery of my 2007 Corvette, I am amazed. I think it took less than 5 minutes for me to finish the deal and drive away happy after I arrived! I will absolutely be back to GMC Buick Beaverton again in the future!

Christian Taggert and his team solved what should have been a simple repair but was complex because of a series of errors beyond his control. First the replacement sensor was defective, found at the time of installation. After ordering another, the paint shop lost the bracket, painted to match the bumper on the day prior to the rescheduled day. Nonetheless, thought perseverance and great customer service, Christian obtained another bracket, had it painted and ready to go in less than 24 hours. The repair was made at the rescheduled time. Give that man a raise!

Had a horrible time with your phone tree(s) to even contact Service Dept.!!! Also had a very difficult with your AI booking system that didn't understand that my SUV needed only an oil change. I live almost 200 miles away from Beaverton Buick GMC so clear communication was a key to making my purchase…..I wasn’t wanting to make a nearly 400 mile round trip based upon a “come on in, I’m sure we can make a deal” type of conversation. I made an inquiry to the dealership about my desire to purchase a new vehicle and Natalia responded with a phone call. I explained my ideal purchase scenario…pricing…trade-in….financing….purchase timing. From the first conversation with Natalia I could tell we were going to get the purchase completed and, due to me schedule, we used text, email, and phone calls to get it done. Based upon the information I provided Natalia quickly delivered a draft offer, we worked out a couple of minor details and the deal was done, all less than 24 hours from my initial inquiry…Nice! We made arrangements for me to take possession of my new truck. I drove to the dealership and met Natalia in person for the first time. She was prepared for my arrival with all paperwork ready to go and from arrival to driving off the lot I was probably only at the dealership for about 90 minutes. Not a rush job on Natalia’s part, she was just just very well prepared. We took ample time to go over the agreed upon purchase details and answer any questions I had about both the purchase documents and functionalities of my new vehicle. Probably the best and easiest new vehicle purchase I’ve every had. Thnx, Natalia!!

Here’s the thing. I’ve been reluctant to write a review because I know how important they are to the dealership, but there are some things that I’ve noticed during recent visits to your service center compared to previous visits. I had the 75000 mile service done on my pickup, which, as you know, isn’t cheap. I’ve no issue with paying for it as your service team does a great job, but what’s missing compared to before are the little things. I dropped my pickup off with about a half tank of DEF, and I got it back with a half tank of DEF. During previous visits my DEF tank was topped off. I always thought that was such a nice perk of getting my pickup serviced at your dealership as it saved me some hassle. Another little perk was getting a car wash coupon when I paid my invoice. Having a freshly serviced rig and being able to get a fresh wash just down the road was yet another very appreciated perk of doing business with your dealership. Vehicle maintenance is expensive no matter where you have it done, but it was those little things I mentioned that have kept me coming to get it done at your dealership. Because of the little things I’ve driven an hour to do business with you guys, literally passing two other GMC dealerships along my route. I have to admit that not getting those perks has me considering giving them a try to save myself some drive time. I guess the point I’d like to make is the little things matter when you’re vying for someone’s business.

The dealership did not provide any timeframe for when the replacement part would arrive. The dealership knew that the Hummer still leaked but did not provide any other solutions to the issue. I tried several times to contact service via text with no response. Your dealerships texting system does not work as I never received responses. The only way that I received service was for me to call the service manager. He did provide me with a loaner car so my Hummer stayed out of the rain. But again, I had to initiate that to happen. I have purchased many autos over my lifetime, and the service provided was sub par. I just received a text yesterday asking if everyone was okay with my service. This was over a week after my service. Based on my service experience, I would never recommend you dealership to any of my friends or colleagues. 1 star.
