There’s a difference between a salesperson & a salesperson. Your salespeople were very customer friendly. I purchase a Buick from your dealership which came with a 60 Day Warranty plus I purchased an extended Warranty. I was assured that if there were any problems that they would be resolved/fixed. Unfortunately, my concerns were blown off. The Verano that I purchased has electrical problems or its brain needs refreshing. Bottomline, my issues were even attempted to be resolved. Hardline, I was assured by Mike, if there were any problems, they would be resolved.
