Confirmed Service Customer
The service desk staff were rude. I was asked”who is your service member?” By the first person I spoke to - I walked in and did not know that I had to have one - and the clerk at the counter started helping a man who came in after me - because the service person asked him if he could help him. I believe it is because I am a woman. Upon my return to pick up my car I approached 2 people at the service desks - who were idle and both said the I had to be helped by the one service person helping someone else. That service person was speaking Spanish to another customer - I speak Spanish - they were socially chatting. I had a work meeting to join - so I had to ask Bill - who had shuffled me off - to provide my keys and I stated in Spanish that I don’t have time to wait. The rudeness and complete lack of service mindset - was truly unfortunate. If it wasn’t for the free oil changes I get for my car at this dealership I would not return. In fact I take my car to Carr for services greater than an oil change.
