Confirmed Service Customer
It is almost impossible to reach any one at the dealership or the service center via phone. I have had to call the Cadillac dealership next door and explain to them I had a truck in service next door and could not get up with anyone, upon which time they would walk over my message and or transfer me to the proper individuals. Also, the service center does not do any additional checks on the truck as I still have warning lights coming on. Seems like they only want to do the limited amount of work/inspections required and do not go above and beyond to diagnose any other problems the vehicle may have. They also do not keep any parts in stock and always have to order them, which normally extends the time the vehicle is down and in the shop waiting on parts. The last repair I had it took over 10 days for a fuel injector. I dread having any problems with my vehicle as I know the turn around time on the repair will be more than a week and you cannot get up with anyone at the dealership via phone..
