Confirmed Service Customer
This was our first service. I asked our advisor to not rotate the tires since they were new and on the truck for just a couple weeks. They ended up being rotated and they did not adjust the air pressure correctly. When I picked up the truck it was in the back lot sandwiched in very tight which made it difficult to get out. The drivers door had a very larger grease hand print on it. Overall not impressed at all with your service department.
