I came in for 2 issues: 1. Tailgate switch recall. The parts were not available so they cut the two wires to the tailgate switch on the tailgate to prevent spontaneous opening. This had not happened to me so now it is much less convenient to use my truck. I understand the safety issue. 2. I have 2 failed sensors for back up assist. These also were not available, not the dealership's fault. Too bad GM parts has been on strike and inconvenienced millions of dealers and customers.
