Difficult to schedule via phone or online. I was successful via the GMC App. While I was in check in with the advisor I asked if they could add the tire rotation onto this visit, and he confirmed. Upon check out I asked about how much I owed for the tire rotation, the service advisor looked at the documents and said it’s on us. I found that strange and when I reviewed the tires and wheels I could see that they had not been rotated. As a customer, being lied to a major offense and my trust for GMC Lithia is hindered. I need to be cautious on any item being, service or products, prior to accepting/buying.
