Left my airpods pro in the car and no longer there, bad communication with customers and waited about two months to get fix without any updates, if it wasnt for abriana with general motors who took my case and made things easier, shes is the only reason i knew any updates.

Geo was awesome. He had a great amount of knowledge and spent the time to help us till the end. My wife is very sensitive to certain smells and Geo went through several trucks till we found the right one with the right options. The only reason for a 8/10 is the manager would not budge on the price. GMC offered incentives and even Costco but trying to get any sort of a “good deal” was not there. I could have got the same price from any dealer. From the standpoint of understanding the price you see is the price you pay, the dealer has good inventory and my sales guy was awesome. As for building loyalty there was nothing that impressed me: my sales guy would go to bat but the manager will just shoot him down. I wasn’t asking for thousands off, just something to make me feel I couldn’t pass the deal up. Getting the same price I could have paid at the dealer 5 miles away is the reason for my score. Again, Geo was awesome, the other sales reps I bumped into were nice, my finance guy was not pushy and was efficient at getting me in quick. Overall, my experience was good.
