I am a single elderly woman and had been researching new cars online for months. With a list of 12 vehicles I needed to go to 4 different dealerships to see the vehicles, planning to negotiate the purchase later via email. From prior bad experiences, I had a terrible dread of dealing with car salesmen. I was fortunate to meet Tommy Wilson at Beaverton Buick GMC at the very beginning of my search. I had done extensive online research to determine reasonable pricing for the new vehicles as well as for my trade. Mr. Wilson gave me great written pricing upfront, patiently showed me the vehicles, and everything he said and did indicated he was being fair and honest with no pressure! I was so glad to have found such a wonderful salesman, that I skipped the rest of the list and went back the next day to purchase a 2024 Buick Encore GX. I am so grateful to have found Mr. Wilson!!! Mr. Wilson is the best.

Larry helped me find exactly the truck i was looking for that was an incoming order. He secured it for me immediately and kept me informed during the transport process to make sure I planned my trip to the dealership accordingly. Larry and the finance team of Chris and Thomas walked me through all of my options for an extended warranty, and other services offered by Beaverton GMC such as lifetime oil changes and exterior treatments like paint protection film. All of the paperwork was completed and ready when I arrived at the Dealership late on a Friday evening. The guys even stayed a bit late so we could pick up the new truck after we made the trip from Bend, OR. This is our second purchase from Beaverton GMC/Buick/Cadillac, this team once again delivered great no hassle customer service. We look forward to our next purchase in a few years with them.

Worst service I have had. Parts not available then when they came in the car was still not drivable and I had to wait for more Parts. You had my car for Months. This is not the 1st time it has been in for repair and had the same problem. When I came to pick up my car the lost the keys and sent me home and told me to come back the next day. They found the keys later and ask me to come back if I was close enough. Worst car I have ever owned along with worst service I have ever had.

Purchased a new Yukon Denali from you. When it developed a problem covered by the manufacturer’s warranty your service and parts department wasted 5 months of our time, failed to repair the problem, tried to upsell me on $1,900 worth of maintenance, and created a new problem in the software of the vehicle. They then refused to immediately address both the original issue as well as the one they created. I have since sold the vehicle and will never return to your dealership. I still own another GMC vehicle and will pay out of pocket rather than bring it to you for any need it may have.

I was lied about the vehicle being ready to be picked up on purchase. Then they kept saying the rims would arrive on Monday. Then it became Wednesday and they proceed to keep dragging it out. I've signed all docs and own the vehicle but it's still in your possession. I feel I have been taken advantage. The communication is very terrible.

Tommy Wilson was fantastic to work with. He followed up before and after the holiday. Others weren’t as responsive as Tommy. A true professional. Only complaint is the facility parking is horrible for customers. You even hear employees commenting. Lithia should address the issue or you’ll lose customers, simply because there is no where to park and roaming through new cars is an accident waiting to happen. Owen Whitehall
