Had to take the Buick to the dealership on a Sunday when the service department was closed. Chris and Brett from the sales staff were very helpful in checking my car in for service and getting me to my rental car. Nick from the service department called me early the next day to clarify my requests and coordinate the necessary repairs and provide me with appropriate information. The necessary work was done promptly and as agreed and the car was ready as agreed. Although it was expensive, I felt I had received quality service from a quality company. I will continue to use this resource as I need Buick service.

Was a pleasure dealing with Tommy Wilson and his support staff, Ira Jones and Dan Bakerman. No high pressure, no effort to change our minds to make something better for them. Only issue I had was that when I went back to get matts, the parts guy could not pull up my GMC Rewards points to discount the full set of matts for the Sierra, and the internet could not be brought up.
