Diesel oil change by scheduled appointment took 2.5 hrs. To do..I asked for a driver side headlight check..my halogen light blinking rapidly..was told it was checked and resolved..no,it's still acting like that. At night light not completely working. I am towing my rv and my headlight is a concern to me.

After three weeks of my vehicle (that I purchased there) sitting in the lot, my insurance company had it towed to another dealership for the repairs to be done because this dealership wanted twice the amount of of man hours to make the repairs as other dealerships in the area.

Larry Porter was transparent, informative, and professional in negotiating our purchase of a 2024 GMC 1500 Denali Ultimate 3.0. We expressed our desire in color and options and he located promptly our vehicle of choice. We are 500 miles from this dealership, being in another state, I felt no concern traveling and purchasing due to Larry’s open communication. Finalizing paperwork was quickly completed mid morning and expert training on the new truck provided in comfortable atmosphere. Ryan made buying a car from out of town a breeze! I was four hours away, so he handled most of the process remotely. Ryan answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I had everything I needed, but he was also efficient and respectful of my time. The finance process with Thomas was just as smooth - he had all the paperwork ready to go and got me through financing/licensing quickly. Overall, a great experience!
