I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived they told me there was going to be a 1 - 2 hour wait. I asked why they didn't call me so I could arrange my schedule to come in 1 -2 hours later and the "I don't care" attitude said, "it's what we have to work with" whatever that means. The last oil change was 1 1/2 hours. There is absolutely no reason for this. I tried to go to Jiffy Lube but the dealership had the oil plug so tight, they couldn't remove it without ruining the plug so I'm stuck going to the dealership.

This was an extremely easy experience in car shopping and then purchasing. The team and my sales person was amazing in support and providing the information I needed. The buying process was efficient and I'm glad I found what I wanted online, then arranged a test drive through the chat, where I was met by Mustafa Alshemary who had the specific car ready to go at the time I scheduled for test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process.
