Ali and Mustafa did great jobs. Loved the sale GMC had on. The mandatory pitch for extended warranty at closing was kept brief at my request. I am still awaiting copies of the closure documents emailed to me at aalekhine@yahoo.com. It’s good you keep the process electronic as much as you can, but my insurer needs them to process ongoing coverage.

Our experience was a gift! Mustafa Alshemary was amazing, professional, courteous. Extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicle and the presentation for the delivery of the vehicle. Patient, kind and respectful. It was a pleasant experience. It was nice to not have to be bounced around from person to person. Other employees were so nice and excited for us as well. We had a not so good experience with a different dealership, so it was a refreshing for us. We will definitely recommend Beaverton Buick to friends and family. I called and scheduled a oil change and full detail, when I called they said they needed to schedule me out about 3 weeks for the detail so we did. I dropped the truck off in the morning and got a call 2 hours later stating the oil change was done but if I wanted the detail they would need the truck overnight that didn't work sense I live 2 hours away. I picked up the truck and once I got in it I found the seat positions completely out of place to ware I could not reach the pedals and the steering wheel moved as well along with floor coving paper and other trash. Not satisfied at all.

I bought a new Yukon Denali there about a month ago. I appears the oil dip stick was not pushed in all the way causing oil to be blown over a significant portion of the left side of the engine. I’d requested they spray degreaser and rinse it off to remove the oil. Instead they kind of wiped it down and confirmed it was due to the oil dip stick. The service department was very accommodating getting me in the same day to check it out before I had to drive to central Oregon but I still have an oil sheen and some puddling in pockets where the oil gathered. I’d spray degreaser and rinse it off myself but not too confident about when the cleaner and water needs to stay away from? I appreciated the last minute look but felt they could have taken the 10 extra minutes and actually clean my engine compartment.

Everything went well. Suggestion would be for an express oil change. Over 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment seems long. My other car I can go to the dealer without an appointment and be out in less than an hour.
