Had an email for $20-$30 off oil change from My Rewards and email stated show to person at dealership to claim. I showed it but was told I had to give Rewards number which I could not locate. Dealership offered $15, which was ok but I should have had at least $20

We appreciated that Manny turned us over to Maythe when he saw that he would be busy with another client. We appreciated that Maythe promptly gave us an offer on our trade, offered to ozone the car and have it ready for us the next day. Transaction was smooth. What we did not like: Waiting and waiting on multiple people at different steps in the process. It felt like at least an hour too much. Otherwise we are pleased with the car and the transaction.

Jeremy Lenc was our salesperson. He was AWESOME! He took care of all our needs, was very responsive and receptive. He spent about 2 hours with us after the purchase to help setup and understand all the features of our Sierra Denali Ultimate. He helped through all the questions and paperwork, making it all happen in 3 days from initial contact (out of state) to driving off the lot! Thomas and Shawn had all the paperwork ready and we got through the signing in short order! The overall experience was wonderful, and the easiest car buy I've ever done! Thank You All!

I wanted a new car for it's safety features. I was sold a Buick Inversion with all tthe bells and whistles. However in fine print but not told to me, the blind spot monitor system was not installed. However, for $600.00, car toys could put one in. Buick would not install one. That was one of the main safety features I need. So, no I am not satisfied.
