I had to take my brand new truck in no less than 5 times to be serviced. When I called my sales guy initially, he recommended that I take the truck into the Beaverton location because I would get my truck washed and cleaned thoroughly since I bought from there. Even though it was not the closest location, I followed his advice and drove 40 mins each way to get there. Because of this advice, I got roped into coming back repeatedly to the Beaverton location, 40 mins each way, every time. The brand new truck had several issues. I kept taking the truck in and I was told the passenger window switch was fixed, which it was not. I was told twice that the service transmission light was fixed, which it was not. The windshield needed to be replaced; when it arrived, I was told to drive in to get the windshield replaced, only to find out that the replacement windshield was cracked 3 minutes before I arrived. I had to take time off work and rent several cars to cover all this, which I had to fight with GMC to get reimbursed. On top of all this, my truck was still NEVER CLEANED as promised. I was never reimbursed for any of my time or the time I had to take off work to deal with all this. I am beyond upset and will never take my truck to Beaverton GMC again.

High pressure sales to get a deal done, only to find out after the fact the car wasn't ready. Salesman kept telling me how I had to sign now or I would lose the car. Asked him to check rates for me, and instead of find thing them out, he made assumptions that were wrong, not by much, but thought he could of at least asked what the current rates were and he chose not to. I asked to finish the financing paperwork when I took possession as to to push first payment and interest to start off that date, but was told to sign or lose it, so I finished everything on 6/23, and today is 6/28 and I still can't be given a date as to when I can pick up the car.

I asked a few different questions and I got a few misleading answers and lies to them and I don't appreciate that when he knew definitely otherwise and on the AutoTrader it showed it had the liner package and after I bought the vehicle then realized it wasn't in my rig brought it to his attention and he didn't even want to acknowledge doing anything about it or even talking to the manager about it he just says that's the way it is I don't appreciate people that do business in that manner at least they could have tried to do something to satisfy the situation and they did nothing maybe the manager might have done something but he didn't even want to bring it to his attention so for those reasons is why I gave you the low scores that I did

I received a reminder email of my appointment the day before service. When I arrived there was no record of my appointment. They made me feel like”well we will try and fit you in.” Then no call that car was ready. I called at 5:00 and left a VM asking if car was ready. No call back. I showed up at 5:45 as I know Service closes at 6:00.

Easiest and fastest new car buying experience I've ever had. I did my homework and knew what I was interested in. Tommy followed up with a VOICE mail so I knew it wasn't a chat bot or AI response that some of the dealers are using. I arrived early so we drove to the storage warehouse together. Inventory in stock is has been full of misinformation (elsewhere) but Tommy knew it from memory. Test drove the car back to the dealership and purchased. All in less than three hours including fueling the car and setting up on star.
