After a bushing on my tailgate hinge broke, I drove to the dealership without an appointment. One of the service writers took me over to the parts department where they determined the correct part which was in stock. He took it back to the truck whet it was immediately installed. Perfect!

Nathaniel Davis was phenomenal! He was patient, kind, and paid attention to the needs/wants I expressed. He wasn’t pushy or demanding as I’d experienced at other dealerships. Nathaniel walked me through the car buying process in a way that significantly reduced my anxiety and made it an enjoyable experience. Hands down the very best! I bought a $40,000 truck, I drive off the lot within three days. There is no air condition check engine light comes on. Zach from the sales team sympathize with me and tells me to bring it in, and it will be taken care of! Josiah from the service department informs me that Zack wants me to pay for it at $1683 out-of-pocket to fix an air condition that Zack told me worked. Josiah it was awesome and helping me with everything. However, when I pick my truck up after they had it for almost a week, I realize 121 miles put on my truck. The mileage from when they received it, and the mileage that was put on the outtake portion of my receipt depicted that only 1 mile was put on the truck. At the dealership I took picture and timestamp of my mileage showing 121 mile difference from the day. I dropped it off. No mileage should’ve been put on it just to change the air condenser for $1683. I contacted Josiah sent him photos but have not heard back.

The professionalism of the reps in the service office was disappointing. The things I overheard while waiting in the waiting area bordered on shocking. I dread coming to your service department. Unfortunately I bought the oil change package when I purchased my car.

I have gone to this dealership/service place since I purchased my truck from them new in may of 2022. I have had several what I would describe as unpleasant issues when it came to the services on my truck. It isn’t my service advisor, who happens to be Maurice. He seems to do a good job smoothing over the problems that have occurred. But this last time I had my oil changed I also have my tires rotated and once I got home I notice my passenger rear tire was missing a lug nut. I know this is small thing, but since there has been several mess ups I have decided to leave a review. My last service included an oil change and then checking all of the 15k highlights for the truck. When checking out I wondered why I had a bill for over $300 but thought maybe I might have missed something and paid it, it was busy and I didn’t want to be a burden and make my advisor go over everything when I could easily read the statement when I got home. Once I did that I realized that they had charged me for my fuel filter/change. I had already did this on my own and reset it on the dash. The service technicians hadn’t even checked with me nor did they even bother to reset it after they changed it again. So it was questionable if they had even completed that service or not and just charged me for it. Maurice refunded me for that part of the service but it seems to be a common theme at this place. You work hard for something new and they seem to put very little care or concern into the vehicle that you purchased from them. I have even come out from a service with def spilled all along the side of my truck. It even says on the bottles to not allow this on your paint. Luckily I have had my truck ceramic coated but not everyone does. Unfortunately I purchased a warranty for oil changes and stuff so I am sort of forced to continue to go here for services but I don’t think that the service technician’s are thoughtful with their work and leaving a truck with a missing lug nut could be a hazard when driving. Quality is lacking as far as I am concerned and I am always keeping an eye out from now on when leaving that place.

They did good work, but had my truck for over 2 weeks. They said one of the parts (steering gear box) had been discontinued so had to order it from a third-party vendor. In the future I'd suggest securing the necessary parts before allowing a customer to drop of their vehicle for service. Bill Brown in service did an excellent job of keeping me apprised of where my truck was at with its service and asked questions directly to me when necessary. Great job by Bill!
