I've always experienced the worst customer service at GMC, even when purchasing my vehicle in 2017, but I desperate for a vehicle and had to get something. Last year, I ordered tired, the rep couldn't find my information when it was time for pickup. I went to the service department and they wouldn't cut me the same price I was quoted. Left. Rep called me 5 min later like hey we gotta deal. Now would you let a customer leave? But then I met Bella in June and she made sure I had what I needed and got me where I needed to go and heard a mouthful. I almost felt like I was back at my old luxury car dealership across the street. She is super nice.
