My appointment was for 10:00 for a 30,000 mile service and a problem with the lock not working on the driver's side front door. I arrived on time, check-in was quick and efficient. I was expecting to wait about 2-3 hours. Shortly after getting settled in the waiting room to read my book, the service adviser came to let me know that the technician was running behind and that it would take longer. Uber was offered, but I chose to wait. I did not get checked out until about 3:00. The service performed was fantastic, car is running great, The door handle was ordered and I have already been called and scheduled an appointment for installation. My only concern is wondering why scheduled appointments get delayed for that long.
