Confirmed Service Customer
After three weeks of my vehicle (that I purchased there) sitting in the lot, my insurance company had it towed to another dealership for the repairs to be done because this dealership wanted twice the amount of of man hours to make the repairs as other dealerships in the area.

Ryan made buying a car from out of town a breeze! I was four hours away, so he handled most of the process remotely. Ryan answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I had everything I needed, but he was also efficient and respectful of my time. The finance process with Thomas was just as smooth - he had all the paperwork ready to go and got me through financing/licensing quickly. Overall, a great experience!

This was our first service. I asked our advisor to not rotate the tires since they were new and on the truck for just a couple weeks. They ended up being rotated and they did not adjust the air pressure correctly. When I picked up the truck it was in the back lot sandwiched in very tight which made it difficult to get out. The drivers door had a very larger grease hand print on it. Overall not impressed at all with your service department.
