Confirmed Service Customer
No problem with the dealership. Their service was prompt and they had the new GPS antenna in stock. However, this is the second time the antenna had to be replaced due to leaking water into it and the car. Based on internet reports and my experience it is an obvious design flaw and as a loyal GM customer (9 vehicles so far) I am not happy with the $850 bill and think it should be covered under an extended warranty.

My experiences have not been good. The whole reason for my visit was to have a transmission diagnostic completed on my Yukon. My transmission has been shifting very hard into 1st and second gear when it is cold. This all began after the transmission lines were left loose after I had my a/c worked on at the dealership. The lines came off while in transit and my transmission seized up. I had to have the vehicle towed in to the dealership. This was about a year ago. I have brought it in several times to have you guys check on it hoping I could trust you. Again my transmission was signed off on. When I picked up my vehicle Monday, the service advisor who was there Josue was not able to find my keys or my vehicle. I had received a call a couple days previously to let me know my vehicl was ready for pick up. Well, it apparently was not. the battery was dead. My vehicle had grease finger swipes across my steering wheel and all over the shifter knob. I was again so disappointed. There was no charge and no paperwork available to me. I was told the tires were rotated but do not see any record of it. Maurice called me a couple days later to let me know that he was catching alot of heat because he did not charge me a $215 diagnostic fee. I was planning to return to have the transmission work that was recomended completed here but the more I come back the more I am disappointed. I've been coming here for service since I bought a new pickup here and service then was great. I don't know hwat has happened but I am actively looking for a new place to service my vehicle. I do not believe I should have been charged a diagnostic fee for something this dealership caused. Maurice is always very friendly but service with a smile can only go so far when the service being recieved for my vehicle is so poor.

Bill did a good job explaining what needed done. One disappointment is that I had received offers for services such as $50 off. I forgot to bring the coupon and Bill did not ask.me or remind me if I had received offers. I purchased my truck from Beaverton GMC and only have it serviced there. This should be a no Brainerd to make sure I get the discount or coupon on my bill. I spent close to $2,000 and I was disappointed when I remembered this.

The front desk agent is ok but the technician was bad. First, oil change should take 30 mins max, which took about 2 hours not until I asked for the status. The time that agent told me is not match the exact time. I can go to Valvoline to get this done for 15 mins at most. Second, I asked to fill out the DEF but it surprised me that it didn’t cover the cost. It was cover for me last time I bought the vehicle in. I’m not sure why it didn’t cover this time. The agent should have told me in advance for any cost that didn’t cover for oil change. Third, I have asked the agent to ask the technician to swap the oil drain plug and metal O ring that I have purchased. By the time I got home. I found out the oil was leaking from the oil drain plug. I took the oil drain plug out and found out the technician didn’t put the O ring on and the plug didn’t tighten enough. It is definitely unprofessional for a fundamental mistake for oil change. I came in for nothing and made the custom to do oil change again the same day. What is the purpose for me to come in? Custom time is also valuable. If dealership doesn’t have enough technicians to distribute the workload. You guys need to hire more technicians to speed up the oil change process. Every time it waste half of my day.
