Truck was in service for 21 days until I found, bought and delivered the parts to your service department. I asked if I found the parts if I could buy them and get reimbursed, was told yes. Took me four hours total to find it, put it in will call for me to pick up. I found it locally in Portland at a huge distributor of driveline parts that parts said they never heard of before. Wish I had been given the green light on day 2 to find parts so I did not have to rent a Yukon CL for my hunting trip in Montana will my truck was disabled, this cost me almost $1K but I had an expensive elk tag I could not go unused. Better communication is needed.

This is a repeat visit for issues with leaks with the REV tonneau cover. There were issues with the first cover a second cover was installed. Maurice and the installer (missed getting his name I believe a foreman) have a great understanding of the limitations of the REV product. Both took the time to discuss the limitations of this product as well as see the issue on a new vehicle in the lot. Installer did his best to lower the amount of water leaking into the bed. He had a great understanding of the small tolerances for the best install. It is currently better but still has water leaking at the two corners by the cab. I believe the issue is REV tonneau cover design and technical support to improve their product. Ultimately it is also due to the design bed rails on the carbon pro bed and GM promoting the REV product on the GM accessories web site.

Everything including prices were agreed to ahead of time. (out of state buyer). Salesman Tristin was a star. Closing team needs work. I had told them we needed a record turn around time as we had 5hrs to drive home. 2 hrs later we were done. Other than that very good experience.

My appointment was at 8:30. Hi arrived at 8:20 and said I would wait. My car was not ready until 12:15. The work order said the time spent working on it was less than a hour. I was not happy.

Bad experience I had this problem with my truck for about 2 years, the first time they told me is the battery,they changed the battery I paid about $350 last year years the problem still on the truck I take it to the GMC Bill said needs to reset some codes they did it I paid an other $800 a month later the problem still for the 3rd time I take it to the GMC for the same problem they reset the codes again the problem still last month I take it to the GMC again for the 4th time for the same problem Bill called me about the problem he said something about the gear I asked about the warranty on the job, because I don’t want to come back again for this problem this big problem, because sometimes I’m driving on the freeway 60mph & I lost the power on the steering wheel & is dangerous to drive like that .he said can give me a 2 years warranty last week he said that the truck was ready I when to pick up When I get there in the invoice says only 1 year warranty I asked this guy he said he didn’t know anything he was there just to give me the truck , but I need to sign the invoice I says that I can sign ,but needs to says 2 years warranty he said that he can change & I have to talk with Bill about it. I call him ,but didn’t answer I leave a voicemail also sent an email he haven’t responded & I need my truck asap.

Pretty good experience, a few comments on improvements. The text system that is in place doesn't seem to work well. It says that if I have any questions I could reply to the text, but every time I do reply, I never get a response to my question. Also, it would be nice to get a wash and vacuum when I take my vehicle in for service. Other dealerships like Lexus, BMW, etc do this and given my truck is on par with the price point ($90k) of vehicles at those dealerships, extra service like this would be appreciated.

No problem with the dealership. Their service was prompt and they had the new GPS antenna in stock. However, this is the second time the antenna had to be replaced due to leaking water into it and the car. Based on internet reports and my experience it is an obvious design flaw and as a loyal GM customer (9 vehicles so far) I am not happy with the $850 bill and think it should be covered under an extended warranty.
